***GENERAL COMMENT***: 3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P Observed multiple cartons of milk in closed
reach in cooler on the right side of serving line temperature ranging from 44F to 46F, left side reach in cooler was holding at 40F. CDI - REHS directed food service employee to keep reach in closed between serving lunch so that it will maintain a temperature of 41F or below. No points taken. |
