3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Observed wiping cloths that are used for general wiping and general cleaning in quat sanitizer solution less than 150 ppm. Sanitizer in buckets are not being changed out regularly and is likely losing concentration during use. CDI- PIC replaced sanitizer at proper strength. |
