Observed handwashing sink in front area by serving line with empty soda can on it and paper towels in the basin. Per PIC, handwash sink is for student/staff use. EHS educated PIC that all handwashing sinks in facility must be in compliance with the food code regardless of who uses them. CDI - PIC had sink cleaned. |

6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture.
Observed low grout between floor tiles throughout the kitchen area, particularly by the ice machine and around the reheating equipment. Repair areas of low grout. |
