Observed bleach spray bottle used for cleaning stored on shelf above 3 comp sink. PIC informed me that bottle was used for after school and should not be stored there. CDI - bottle was relocated to chemical storage. |

General Comment: Remove or store away all equipment that is not being used. Observed various equipment items stored in corner of kitchen that is not being used and causing clutter. |
