5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks, Installation. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100F through a mixing valve out combination faucet. Pf Observed hot water at handsink in dishroom only reaching 80F, water at handsink next to ice machine is 96F, and hot water in children's restrooms reaching 94F. CDI, by instruction; maintenance will be called to raise temperature. |
