4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair.
Observed ongoing issues with the door frame of the walk in freezer. The frame is freezing over with ice and then melting water onto the ground. The manager is working with maintanance and is expecting parts to come in within the next week. This will be the 5th time operators have been out to repair the door frame. |
