3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed 36 boxes of potatoes accidentally delivered this morning to the wrong school. PIC has no room for storage of such quantity off the ground, and neighboring school PIC’s will arrive to retrieve the boxes for lunch service tomorrow, later this afternoon. PIC states she will forward a photo of the WIC cleared of potatoes to EHS as soon as possible. No points taken due to situation outside PIC control, and potatoes to be fully cooked at next establishment prior to service. (-0) |
