4-602.11 (E )Clean the equipment and utensils used with nonTCS foods as required to avoid contamination. Observed unknown pink inorganic material present on interior surfaces of bulk ice machine - especially on bottom and back side of drop plate. Residue resembles chemical. CDI- ice machine voluntarily taken out of service and ice discarded. Service request placed to have machine deep cleaned.
