2-103.11(A-P) PIC shall ensure rules in the code for food safety and handling are met. Food Safety Checklist tool can be found at: http://meck.co/FoodSafety. Observed unapproved person (non cafeteria employee) enter kitchen and handle clean ice scoop and obtain ice from ice machine. Persons unnecessary to the food establishment operation are not allowed in the food preparation, food storage or ware washing areas. PIC spoke to admin staff regarding requirements. CDI by instruction. |
