4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed walk in freezer with heavy ice build up around frame of door and entry way of unit. CDI - PIC placed work order and TWC company came to look at walk in freezer on 10/21/24, parts need to be ordered according to TWC. Walk in freezer is holding temperature properly throughout unit.
4-502.11(A) Maintain utensils in good repair. Observed rusted knife stored in on dry rack. CDI - PIC discarded knife.
