Observed reach-in cooler holding TCS foods above 41F. Unit in need of adjustment or crowding in unit possibly affecting air flow. Ambient air reading on thermometer inside unit was reading 41F. Notify technician and do not use unit for TCS foods until cold holding temperatures can be verified. TCS foods in unit were discarded.
