3-302.12 Food Storage Containers Identified with Common Name of Food: Properly label dry good containers such as salt, sugar, flour, etc. Observed unlabeled flour, salt, pepper containers. CDI- labeled.Food packaged in a facility and subsequently offerred for self-service shall bear labels as to ingredients, allergens present, and name of facility where packaged. Salads are grab and go, as are cookies baked in house. CDI- cookies moved behind counter to eliminate self-service. MCHD will follow up on salad procedures with CMS. |
