EHS advised PIC that wet wiping clothes need to be fully submerged in the sanitizing solution. CDI- Wet wiping cloth was placed fully in the sanitizer bucket. |

Observed leaking from the middle line cold holding box, the right line cold holding box, and the line 2 milk box. EHS observed that units were maintaining temperatures of 41F or below. Repair as soon as possible. |
