6-501.112 Remove dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed several spent sticky pad traps beneath shelves sin dry storage filled with dead cockroaches and no remaining space for adequate trapping of further insects. No pests, alive or dead, were observed near food or food preparation. Facility has routine pest control, but EHS recommends increased frequency of trap removal. (-0) |
