4-101.11 Food contact surfaces shall be made of safe materials. No odor, color or taste can migrate during multi-use. Materials shall be smooth, cleanable, durable and nonabsorbent. Observed several plastic lids that had been sent through the dish machine with tape still on them. PIC stated that since this occurred, no one has been able to remove the residue left behind. CDI: Lids were discarded and set to be replaced. |
