5-202.12(C) A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water continuously for at least 15 seconds. Observed kitchen staff hand sink in kitchen bathroom - observed that hot water shuts off immediately after activation. Need to have repaired so that it stays on for at least 15 seconds. |

4-302.12 Provide an accessible thermometer for use. Provide a thin probe thermometer for accurate measure of thin foods.-Pf . Observed thermometer stored at dish machine had condensation in section where temperatures are displayed, as well as water in the section. Could not read thermometer. CDI by replacing with a new identical thermometer that was at facility kitchen. |
