4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed ice attached to pipes in walk in freezer. Remove ice build up to ensure there's not a leak occurring inside of the unit . Seals have been recently replaced. PIC stated a door plate to provide a better seal will be installed in the near future. |
