4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed ice buildup on the insulated piping of the A/C system. Ice build up was observed on A/C unit as well. This is a known issue from the last inspection. There is also a blown light bulb in the walk-in freezer. PIC has placed work order for issues.
