Observed one ceiling tile missing in storage chemical room and in dry storage room one ceiling tile wasn't installed completely. PIC stated worker orders will be placed.
6-201.13 Provide a wall to floor joint that is sealed and coved when flood cleaning methods are used. Floor must be graded to drain to functioning floor drains. Observed floor to wall juncture missing a couple of grey tiles near walk in freezer and near walk in cooler floor to wall juncture tiles falling off. PIC stated worker orders will be placed. |
