Insects traps in need of replacements in dish washing room and dry storage room. PIC will have work order place for traps to be replaced. PIC removed dead insects. |

cleaning shall be constructed of a CORROSION-RESISTANT, nonabsorbent, and SMOOTH material. NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Observed no splash shield between hand washing sink and air drying drain board of 3-comp-sink in dish room. PIC will place work order to have splash install between both pieces of equipment. |
