REPEAT VIOLATION: 5-501.114 Drains in dumpsters and waste containers shall have drain plugs in place. Observed damaged/partially missing drain plugs from 2 of 2 dumpsters. Refer to attached images. PIC has acquired replacement drain plugs but is unable to install these due to fragments of partially missing plugs obstructing the site; the PIC has attempted but is unable to remove these fragments. This can lead to waste leaks. Inform waste management company and report the issue to arrange for removal and replace both dumpsters. -0.5- |
