Observed no date marking on opened package of sliced ham, metal bowl of black bean and diced tomatoes, and pan of hard boiled eggs. CDI - voluntarily discarded. 3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P. Observed two opened tubs of hummus dated 8-20-14. Each measured 38F. Label on hummus stated that product has seven day shelf life if kept refrigerated after opening. Last acceptable dtae of use was 8-26-14. CDI - voluntarily discarded. |
