GENERAL COMMENT:
6-303.11 Intensity-Lighting - C Lighting shall be at least 10 foot candles in dry food storage, above the floor, walk in refrigeration units, and other areas required for cleaning. Observed light out in dry storage causing lighting to be less than 10 foot candles in certain areas. PIC stated that work order has been in place. Will make sure to ensure that has been repaired next inspection. |
