4-502.11(B) Provide accurately calibrated thermometers. Pf. EHS observed high temperature disk malfunctioning during inspection. EHS observed high temperature disk turning off and on at random and capturing a final temperature 30F degrees less than EHS. CDI - PIC retrieved lollipop from office and replaced battery. EHS observed lollipop in good repair and calibrated after battery change. (0.5)

6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure.
