7-102.11 Common Name-Working Containers7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals; Observed two types of sanitizers used with neither being labeled; if only one type is used label of "sanitizer" is acceptable; when two different sanitizers are used like in this case (Chlorine and Quat) spray bottle should read "Chlorine sanitizer" and sink should be labeled "Quat sanitizer". Both corrected during inspection. |
