3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed nacho cheese sauce dated 3/14/24. PIC stated that the wrong date was placed on the container. The date should have been 4/16/24. Nacho cheese discarded.
