7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers.-Pf. One spray bottle out of four with the multi-bottle label of " disinfectant - cleaner- sanitizer" not indicating which of the three liquids in the spray bottle. All other bottles with sanitizer circled. CDI- Discussed with PIC Therese Love who advised that CMS has not provided next steps directive as to how to address multi-label. PIC was advised to continue to at minimum circle appropriate chemical name on the bottles; ie circle sanitizer if sanitizer is being stored in the bottles. REPEAT |
