6-404.11 Designate a separate area for items that are not for use and are being held for credit, such as dented cans or recalled products. -Pf -Observed one dented can of peaches stored alongside cans intended for use. Ensure all dented cans are stored in separate area, with label stating they are not in-use. If food employee observes dent occur, employee may immediately remove contents from can and store in different container, with proper date mark. -CDI- PIC moved dented can to separate area for cans not in-use. |
