Use pesticides approved for use in commercial food service only.-Pf EHs asked about procedure for spraying disninfectant on tables at night, PIC and food employee explained they spray the disinfectant at night and in the morning they wipe down with sanitizer, nno other process in between. CDI-EHS showed where the disinfectant says it needs to be washed/rinsed/sanitized afterwards. PIC got employee to wash down tables |
