4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed several pans that appeared to have white residue on inside surfaces. Pans were ran through dish machine. White residue did not wash off. PIC stated pans will be replaced. Possibility dish machine has been too hot. PIC stated she will monitor closely. |
