General Comments

Facility’s WIC was being serviced during inspection. All TCS foods were observed within proper temperatures at beginning of inspection, before servicing began. Facility moved all TCS foods out of WIC into WIF to maintain proper temperatures throughout the maintenance process as the ambient temperature in the unit rose. All items cooling from ambient moved to RICs, and were observed cooling within compliance.
