General CommentsFacility has very limited storage space for cold delivery products. PIC stated that they get new deliveries every one to three weeks depending on delivery company. EHS would suggest increase deliveries to once a week. Crowding of walking cooler and freezer may result in poor air flow leading to cold holding issues in the future. 8/31/26- Observed one new RIF. Observed some improvement in WIF holding food amounts that create crowding in walk in cooler.
