5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. Observed a leak in the sanitizer compartment of the three compartment sink by the ware washing machine. Facility does not use this sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize as everything goes through the ware washing machine. A work order has already been placed to have leak repaired. |
