4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed Secure disinfectant being used on tabletops and other food prep surfaces, PIC explained. Written on the bottle it says "DO NOT USE FOR FOOF CONTACT SURFACES" PIC explaiend it's quat sanitizer that they make strong. The test strip was 600PPM. CDI-PIC will only use the spray for High touch surfaces like door knobs. |
