General Comment:
4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed one of the 2 door reach-in coolers inside kitchen next to dry storage room not functioning properly. Inside thermometer reading ambient air temperature of about 45F. No TCS products were stored inside the cooler. Work order will be placed for the cooler. NO TCS foods will be placed inside the cooler until repaired. |
