6-202.16 Perimeter walls and roofs shall effectively protect the establishment from the weather and entry of insects or pests. Observed an exterior vent in the dry storage room. Recommend a metal wire mesh to prevent pests from entering, small enough to prevent pests from entering into the establishment.
6-202.15 Protect outer openings of establishment from insect or rodent entry. Observed daylight can be seen under the back door threshold. Provide weather stripping under the door to prevent pests from entering. |
