5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. Observed back handwashing sink not operational. Facility has been trying to have the sink repaired since September 2024. Facility has 2 other handwashing sink in the kitchen, 3 handwashing sinks on the serving line, and 1 handwashing sink in the dish room. EHS advised facility that they can have the broken sink removed. EHS advised that if handwashing violations are observed they may be required to replace the sink. REPEAT |
