7-101.11 Identifying Information, Prominence-Original Containers - PF Observed cleaner that is not to be used on food contact surfaces in the wrong spray bottle. Manufacturer's label for the toxic cleaner states "do not use on food contact surfaces." The other spray bottle is for sanitizer used on food contact surfaces. All chemicals in the wrong bottles were removed from use and re-made. |
