PIC states facility is serving students prepared deli meat and cheese sandwiches with fruit. Observed all sandwiches pre-made and packaged and nothing being prepared or reheated. PIC states staff takes sandwiches from walk in cooler, places them in lunch bags with fruit, and gives bag to students.
