6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure. Observed dust/debris build up two wall mounted fans one which is blowing towards sanitized equipment/utensils in dish room and the other blowing towards steam table by service line. PIC will place work order to have fans cleaned.
