4-602.11 (E )Clean the equipment and utensils used with nonTCS foods as required to avoid contamination. Observed slight pink slime build up on walls of ice machine. PIC will place work order to have machine properly cleaned.
4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed sanitizer solution in 3-comp-sink below 50PPM. CDI - PIC discarded liquid and started with fresh sanitizer and moved dishes back to wash compartment.
