4-203.13 Pressure Measuring Devices, Mechanical Warewashing Equipment - C Observed pressure guage on dish machine not working, needs repair/ replacing.
GENERAL COMMENT: Made site visit regarding concerns I received from another REHS about bread they observed being left out at receiving dock un-attended and not protected from the rain this morning. Delivery person drops bread off at 4:00 AM and it is not brought into building until 6:30 AM. Acc. to REHS, delivery person placed some cardboard over pallets of bread, but bags of bread were still wet. Mgr. voluntarily disposed of bread and spoke to his supervisor Cynthia Johnson about how to prevent this problem. Will follow up with Cynthia to determine resolution to this problem. |
