General Comments

EHS observed numerous bags of leaf litter stored outside of dumpsters at time of inspection. PIC elaborated that landscaping had been done by contracted landscapers and bagged leaf litter and branches had been instructed to be left by landscapers following completed groundskeeping. PIC provided printed invoice for performed services.
