3-307.11 Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination - C Observed open dry goods foods (grits) to be mummy wrapped in plastic. Dry goods foods shall be stored in containers with lids or in bags with resealable closures. Observed there to be a discharge that is impacting the packaged items stored in the freezer. Cover the packages such that the discharge does not impact the food. |
