Observed wiping cloths stored in sanitizer buckets with a QUAT concentration of less than 100ppm. The label for the QUAT sanitizer states that it is most effective between 200-400ppm. -CDI- PIC discarded the old solution and replaced it with new QUAT sanitizer at 200ppm. (0.5 pts) |
