4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. - Observed the paper towel dispenser adjacent the office to be broken at the time of the inspection. PIC stated they are trying to get it fixed at the moment and has placed a roll of paper towels on top of the dispenser for the time being. REPEAT. |
