4-204.117 Warewashing Machines, Automatic Dispensing of Detergents and Sanitizers - PF. Observed sanitizer machine at the 3 comp sink unable to automatically dispense sanitizer. PIC was adviced abd showed how to manually add the sanitizer and also the dish machine functions as intended and can be used for cleaning.
Will be back in 10 days to check on the sanitizer machine. REPEAT. |
