6-501.111 Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed small dead roach in dry storage. Did not observe any other pests or live roaches. PIC stated that a routine pest spray is done monthly and was just performed a week prior. PIC will keep an eye out for live pests and schedule pest control visit more frequently if needed. |
