6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed floors heavily damaged in the dry storage area. Facility has been out of compliance on this violation since 2019. Discussed issues with PIC. PIC stated they are not allowed to use funds to repair the floors. The issue is out of their hands. EHS called Amy M. for further instruction. Full points taken. |
