4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed the dish machine not functioning. PIC stated the dish machine has been non-operational for the last 2 weeks. Alternate procedures have been implemented such as using single use items for dishware and utensils until the dish machine is replaced. The PIC informed me that the machine is estimated to be fixed in a minimum of 8 weeks. |
